She said in the past that she does yoga every morning, and follows a macrobiotic diet, though she's supposedly loosened up since then (reportedly eating her way through Nashville recently). We think that makes her even hotter -- you gotta live a little!

Anyone who looks this good at 51 deserves some sort of medal. Madonna has been in the spotlight for decades and seems to have gotten better looking with age. She's a proud mother of 2 biological children and 2 adopted, and now has a 23-year-old model boyfriend. Hot mom, for sure.
